National Scrapple Day - 2007
In the true Philadelphia tradition that my mom knows...she served me up some scrapple and eggs a couple weekends ago.
Imagine my surprise when I found out today was National Scrapple Day!! NBC 15 out of Madison, WI even showed a photo and explained what was in Scrapple.
Actually you don't want to know. But Mom makes it GREAT!!.
Enjoy the day...and if you're into "different" foods try it!! It is yummy.

I almost cooked the balance of the scrapple today. I noticed it in the freezer as I got out some oj.
Maybe another day I'll finish it off.
